Eunji Jeong, Founder

I founded Designed Connected to search for problems that excite me—problems that evoke fresh thinking and real solutions, no more surface-level fixes.

With a track record of transforming digital products across industries, I’ve built a reputation as a strategic problem solver who speaks the language of business. I’m known for asking the right questions (even the tough ones), uncovering root causes, guiding strategic investments, and closing the gaps between business problems and end-user experiences.

I value inspiring conversations, trust in humanity, intellectual curiosity, and empowering others. Outside my client work, I speak publicly on various topics, including UX research and design, Conversational AI, entrepreneurship, career ownership, and community building.

On weekends, I go hiking, tackle one of many unfinished DIY projects, plan my next trip, or binge-watch a Netflix show.
